We began manufacturing in 1979 and the first lure we sold was a small 3/4" black grub.
We continue to sell this lure today. It's still a tremendous lure for Bluegill,Yellow Perch
and Crappie. In 1980 I developed the Solidbody Skirted Jig(R). It was a very dependable and durable crappie catcher. (A lure we were extremely proud of.) It took the copycats 23 years to figure out how we were making this lure. When they did, it was taken overseas to be copied. This led to the development of The New Solidbody Skirted Jig(R). It's just as
good and in many cases it's better than the original Solidbody. We have designed and
developed many lures through the years, most of them have been copied. We get no
satisfaction from having a lure copied. Our satisfaction comes from knowing that when you
purchase our products, you have purchased an American made original of the finest quality
that is possible for us to make. We do not, we have not and we will not copy anyones products.
In our factory, we design and build our molds, design and build the machines to accomodate the different processes that we use to manufacture the different lures that we make. One of the processes we are proud of is the laminating process. It gives you color
combinations not seen before and results on the water you may find hard to believe.
All of our products carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You will find no fancy packaging or header cards on our products (this helps keep your cost down).
